This role involves coordinating with hiring managers and candidates across international offices in London and India.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Assist in designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
• Support employer brand strategy.
• Conduct background checks and coordinate onboarding.
• Gather and analyze data on recruitment metrics.
• Support Nothing's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
