Job Description

MaintainX, a leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform, is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to influence the success of enterprise project rollouts. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed within agreed-upon requirements, timeline, and budget. This role involves planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets, tracking progress, and informing stakeholders.

The Project Manager will work with enterprise customers through successful implementations and travel to customer sites for on-site MaintainX implementation engagements.

  • Assisting enterprise customers through successful implementations
  • Traveling to customer sites for on-site MaintainX implementation engagements
  • Coordinating resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives
  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Measuring performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Managing the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Performing risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members

Requirements for this role:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding or application engineering
  • Proven experience in on-site large SaaS implementation projects
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • BSc/BEng/BA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
