MaintainX is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support key initiatives across its Revenue Organization. This role focuses on onboarding through the New Hire University (NHU) program and broader enablement initiatives. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in tech stack adoption, sales campaign execution, call quality enhancements, and ongoing everboarding programs. This is a cross-functional role that supports scalable, impactful enablement across the go-to-market team.
What This Role Involves: - Owning the XDR onboarding learning path and promotion pathing.
- Developing programs and delivering training on sales methodologies, process, and tech stack usage.
- Supporting NHU program development and execution for additional Revenue Organization roles.
- Facilitating blended learning experiences including online modules, virtual live sessions, and practice workshops.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluating training outcomes by tracking onboarding progress and listening to recorded calls.
- Collaborating on digital resources like Sales Playbooks, LMS content, and multimedia materials.
- Improving ramp time through a blend of training on sales methodologies, processes, soft skills, tech stack, and product/industry knowledge.
- Monitoring sales performance by listening to recorded/live calls and documenting sales process usage.
- Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs.
Requirements: - Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a BDR or SDR.
- Experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager is a plus.
- Passion for coaching and a commitment to helping sales team members grow.
- Experience working in fast-growing, startup sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of training methods and organizational change management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and sales call analysis platforms like Chorus or Gong.
- Ability to create training materials, including writing effective copy and developing video/audio scripts.
- Experience working within an LMS is a strong asset.
