Job Description
MaintainX, a leading asset management and work intelligence platform, is seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Specialist. This role will focus on implementing key initiatives within the revenue organization, particularly through the new hire onboarding program, "New Hire Onboarding University." The Sales Enablement Specialist will contribute to broader enablement projects, including tech stack adoption, sales campaign execution, call quality improvement, and ongoing coaching programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that promotes effective and scalable enablement within the go-to-market team.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and managing the learning and development path for XDRs.
  • Supporting ongoing enablement initiatives by developing training programs on sales methodologies, internal processes, and tech stack utilization.
  • Participating in the design and execution of the New Hire Onboarding University program for other revenue organization roles.
  • Facilitating hybrid learning experiences, including online modules, live virtual sessions, and hands-on workshops.
  • Conducting skills gap analyses and implementing action plans.
  • Evaluating training outcomes by tracking onboarding progress, analyzing recorded calls, and supporting review sessions with XDR managers.
  • Contributing to the creation of digital resources such as sales guides, LMS content, and multimedia materials.
  • Improving time-to-proficiency through blended training in sales methodologies, interpersonal skills, product/industry knowledge, and tech stack mastery.
  • Monitoring sales performance by listening to live or recorded calls and documenting process utilization.
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs.
    Requirements:
  • Experience in the SaaS sector.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR or SDR).
  • Passion for mentoring and coaching sales professional development.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup sales environment.
  • Knowledge of training methods and organizational change management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and call analysis platforms like Chorus or Gong.
  • Ability to create training content, including written materials and video/audio scripts.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is an asset.
