Job Description

LendingTree is seeking a Sales Account Associate to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday. The Sales Account Associate will drive key initiatives across various lending products and collaborate with internal teams to effectively project manage tasks. The candidate will create presentations, research industry trends, and build relationships with new accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving and managing key initiatives across various lending products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to effectively project manage tasks simultaneously
  • Creating polished presentations for internal and external meetings under tight deadlines
  • Researching industry trends, aggregate data and reporting to provide comprehensive insights for all businesses
  • Creating display examples to satisfy bank partner compliance requirements
  • Partnering with Account Executive in identifying and prospecting new accounts
  • Building and cultivating relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Providing administrative support to management team
  • Acting as a liaison between the business and any other key stakeholders including analytics, technology, product, marketing, accounting/legal, etc.
  • Looking for opportunities to create new or streamline processes in order to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • BA/BS required
  • Results-driven with outstanding follow up and follow through
  • Excellent time management skills, self-sufficient, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
  • Build and leverage networks and relationships internally and externally
  • Confront problems promptly and act decisively
  • Demonstrate superior problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit sound judgment and integrity
  • Strong project manager skills – organization, attention to detail and ability to influence others to complete tasks on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player and adaptable to changing environment with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fun and positive attitude with a willingness to become a key team member required
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Proficient PC Skills. Must demonstrate ability to prepare excellent PowerPoint presentations, use Word and Excel.
  • Previous role that included interaction with the C-suite
