Gusto is seeking a Benefits Onboarding Advocate to join their team. This role involves setting up customers with their health benefits, providing a delightful experience, and guiding them through a complex process. The advocate will provide timely information and ensure all moving parts run smoothly. They will assist employers in obtaining group benefits for the first time and support their ongoing benefits decisions.
What this role involves:
Overseeing the entire benefits onboarding process.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Providing expertise in healthcare and benefits enrollment.
Working directly with customers to implement employee benefit packages.
Providing guidance and support to customers.
Managing multiple priorities using Salesforce and other technology platforms.
Answering customer questions via phone and email.
Requirements:
2-4 years of client-facing experience.
Empathetic and customer-centric approach.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Skilled in problem-solving and cross-team communication.
Self-motivated and comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously.
Ability to work throughout seasonal peaks.
Adaptability to flex to other internal roles if needed.
Embraces an ownership mentality.
