Gusto is seeking a Sales Enablement Learning Partner to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on supporting the business development and mid-market sales teams by designing and implementing learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning science, consulting, and professional sales/business development.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs.
- Building innovative enablement programs.
- Tracking the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Designing and delivering onboarding and training programs.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to keep content up-to-date.
- Staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales enablement, training, and sales/sales management experience.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs.
- Experience managing learning and development projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Conflict resolution skills.
