Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Sales Enablement Learning Partner to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on supporting the business development and mid-market sales teams by designing and implementing learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning science, consulting, and professional sales/business development.

The role involves:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs.
  • Building innovative enablement programs.
  • Tracking the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Designing and delivering onboarding and training programs.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to keep content up-to-date.
  • Staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales enablement, training, and sales/sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective enablement programs.
  • Experience managing learning and development projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
