Job Description
Webflow is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the growth of their team by engaging new prospects for Webflow Enterprise. This role involves managing the outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities, directly impacting the company's growth. The SDR will report to the Manager, Sales Development.

Role Involves:
  • Working with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach.
  • Leading outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualifying outbound leads and maintaining engagement with new and existing leads.
  • Identifying new opportunities and engaging potential clients.
  • Establishing rapport with buyers at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Creating a database of CRM intelligence by logging activities in Salesforce.
  • Refining messaging and sales prospecting techniques.
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing & Ops to improve lead generation campaigns.
  • Becoming a Webflow product expert and conveying the value proposition.
  • Continuously improving sales processes to scale effectively.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, including creating outbound campaigns.
  • Track record of effectively developing and managing outbound pipeline.
  • Comfort with CRM and Sales engagement platforms.
  • High energy with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve top results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Webflow’s mission and the no-code movement.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excitement to find success in ambiguity and contribute to the organization.
  • Curiosity and openness to growth in emerging technologies like AI.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish or French, in addition to English.
