Job Description
Brainlabs is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Paid Search to support a key client within the hospitality industry. The Senior Manager will serve as a dedicated partner to the client’s internal marketing and account services team, delivering high-quality support, campaign analysis, and performance recommendations across a portfolio of properties.This role involves:
  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for the client’s internal Account Services team.
  • Conducting keyword research and forecasting.
  • Updating seasonal ad copy or implementing new creative provided by the client.
  • Pulling and analyzing SQRs to recommend negative or target keywords.
  • Reviewing keyword reports to ensure no overlap between target and negative keywords.
  • Preparing for monthly meetings by pulling reports and contributing to performance decks.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all campaign optimizations.
  • Providing timely and professional support by responding to Salesforce tickets and live chat inquiries.
Brainlabs requires someone who:
  • Has 2+ years of experience at a digital marketing agency, with hands-on expertise in paid search platforms and strong client facing communication skills.
  • Has experience working with enterprise or multi-location clients, ideally in hospitality or retail.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
