CRO Consultant

Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a CRO Consultant to join its Data & AI practice. The consultant will be responsible for making data-driven decisions and clearly visualizing user needs for clients. They will use heat maps, user recordings, and polls to generate insights and translate them into hypotheses. The consultant will define experiments, conduct them, and present the results, working with designers and developers to deliver experiments. They will also present complex information clearly to convince clients to prioritize optimizations, actively supporting data-driven development and increasing platform conversion.

Role Involves:

• Helping clients define digital success metrics (KPIs / Conversion).
• Analyzing data through analytics or user feedback.
• Benchmarking user journeys against best practices.
• Creating test plans, executing A/B tests, and evaluating results.
• Participating in client workshops.
• Producing reports summarizing findings.
• Driving continuous improvements through iterative learning.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as an optimization consultant.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, Contentsquare, VWO, or Optimizely.
• Commercial entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience at a digital agency (bonus).
