Hudl is seeking a Talent Community - Competitive Support Representative. This role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and requires 3 days in the office.

The Support Representative will work directly with users, answering questions via phone, email, and online chats. The department works as a team, delivering support experiences for coaches, directors, analysts, athletes, and fans.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and emails ranging from how-to questions to technical troubleshooting.
  • Helping teams and athletes understand how to use Hudl effectively.
  • Empathizing with users and responding with creative solutions.

  • Must live near Lincoln, Nebraska, or be willing to relocate.
