Hudl is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the hardware quality team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of Hudl Focus camera products, which utilize edge AI for autonomous tracking and cloud uploading. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional squads to align on quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. This role is based in Den Bosch.Responsibilities include:

• Improving quality by defining and implementing test strategies and adaptable quality systems.
• Using tools like FMEA and design reviews to proactively identify risks.
• Coaching the team to enhance their skills and influence quality across disciplines.
• Developing and evolving the test automation strategy for firmware.
