Job Description
xAI is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team. This role will focus primarily on US benefits but will also provide support for international locations. The Benefits Analyst will administer and drive continuous improvements of the benefits programs at xAI and X. They will interact with multiple functions within the company and consult with internal and external resources to facilitate benefits processes while providing guidance on program operations and compliance with state, federal, and country-specific regulations.

What this role involves:
  • Help manage annual Open Enrollment
  • Update HRIS to ensure proper structure
  • Respond to and resolve complex global benefit escalations
  • Help manage the 401(k) plan
  • Partner with Payroll to perform audits on all benefit-related deductions
  • Process and reconcile monthly/quarterly benefits invoices
  • Coordinate country-specific and global benefits and wellness education sessions
  • Support the full lifecycle of all Benefit programs

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in US benefits
  • Hands-on experience with day-to-day benefits administration
  • Experience implementing and rolling out benefits programs company-wide
  • Previous experience supporting a 401k plan
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Experience in program development
  • Operational and process excellence
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in interpreting and communicating policy provisions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
