Decathlon is seeking a Junior Internal Communication Assistant Apprentice to join their team. This role is based in either Lille or Paris, France. The apprentice will play a key role in evolving the data culture at Decathlon by making the data platform visible, accessible, and easy to activate. They will collaborate with the global communication team to ensure alignment with company strategy and apply best practices in design.
Role Involves:
Conceptualizing, creating, and distributing impactful messages.
Developing creative materials to communicate the vision and strategy of the Data Platform.
Designing and facilitating project coordination meetings and co-organizing events.
Harmonizing communication materials, including infographics, presentations, newsletters, and videos.
Providing daily support to teams for internal communication needs.
Measuring the impact of communication efforts and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Currently in the 4th or 5th year of studies in communication or a related field.
Curious, creative, rigorous, and autonomous.
Interest in data and digital technologies.
Ability to propose and share ideas, and take initiative.
Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
Organized and methodical.
Proficiency in communication and design techniques.
Knowledge of developing a communication plan and roadmap.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Good time management skills.
Professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
