Job Description
Decathlon is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Corporate Operations Finance team in Lille. This role is within the IT Finance department, which consists of over 60 team members responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining 50 IT solutions. These solutions support Finance teams and the digital transformation of the Finance function.

The Software Engineers team, comprising around 20 developers across Lille, Nantes, and Paris, focuses on developing and maintaining internal solutions. Organized into 4 feature teams, they operate in an agile and hybrid environment.

Role involves:
  • Instilling a collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
  • Participating in the transformation of Decathlon's Finance IT system.
  • Disseminating and challenging technical directions within feature teams.
  • Supporting team members through managerial rituals.
  • Contributing to software development to improve practices and team performance.

Requirements:
  • Solid technical background with a desire to move into management.
  • Proficiency in Web development (Front or Back) and tools like GitHub and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in agile environments with multiple teams or communities.
  • Passion for sports and a desire to share it in a collective setting.
