The role involves assisting with daily tasks, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and gaining insights into product development and process optimization. Zenjob connects companies with temporary staff through a digital platform.Responsibilities:

• Supporting the optimization and development of educational products and processes.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure high quality solutions.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of projects in the Training & Enablement area.
• Maintaining and updating internal documentation and resources.
• Contributing to data-driven analyses to optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Well-organized, proactive, and enjoys teamwork.
• Enrolled in a business, technical, or pedagogical field of study (Bachelor, Master).
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• High IT affinity and interest in optimizing workflows.
• Prior experience in product management, operations, or training is an advantage.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured work approach.
