Job Description
LetsGetChecked is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Credit and Collection Analyst to join their finance billing team. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and reports to the Finance Billing Manager. The Senior Credit and Collection Analyst will manage credit risk, ensure timely collection of receivables, and support the company’s cash flow and profitability goals. They will also assist the billing team with monthly sales invoicing.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and upload data into LGC’s accounting system (SAP)
  • Analyze and validate billing, operational, & customer data for completeness and accuracy
  • Evaluate new and existing customers’ creditworthiness
  • Set and review customer credit limits
  • Monitor and control exposure to minimize risk and bad debts
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Resolve payment disputes and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams
  • Provide timely reporting and feedback on customer accounts
  • Coordinate with legal or third-party agencies for recovery when necessary
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable aging
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and internal controls
  • Support audit processes related to credit and collections

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience
  • Solid understanding of general revenue accounting principles
  • Previous experience in healthcare and healthcare tech is helpful
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software (SAP preferably)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present financial information
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize actions and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
