Job Description
LetsGetChecked is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join their team in Monrovia, California. This is a 100% onsite position. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing system configurations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
Role Involves:
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Assisting with user account management.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Managing network components.
- Implementing and maintaining IT security measures.
- Maintaining documentation of system configurations.
- Participating in backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Working with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and security.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technology environments.
- Team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT support.
- Spanish as a second language preferred.
