Job Description

Exact Sales is seeking a Retention Analyst to join their team in Florianópolis. The company is a leading Sales Engagement Software provider in Latin America and is now part of RD Station. The Retention Analyst will play a crucial role in connecting with customers who have requested to cancel their accounts, understanding their reasons for leaving, and finding ways to win back their business by demonstrating the value of Exact Sales' solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand reasons for cancellation via Zoom or phone.
  • Connect customer pain points with Exact Sales solutions.
  • Negotiate and revert cancellations through plan adjustments and value proposition.
  • Manage the cancellation process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, sales, retention, or customer success.
  • Resilience and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Strategic thinking to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Agility and organization to manage multiple tasks.

  • Hybrid work model (2 days onsite).
