Finyard is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their global team. This role involves responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvement.

Role Involves:

  • Responding to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Collaborating with departments to address complex problems.
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
  • Performing troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
  • Documenting repetitive issues for process improvement.
  • Generating informational materials like FAQs and user manuals.
  • Providing guidance on additional products and services.
  • Identifying and executing initiatives to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fintech (forex/crypto).
  • 1+ years of online customer support experience.
  • Excellent written and oral English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations.
  • Experience with customer service software, tools, and databases.
