Job Description
Finyard is seeking an Account Manager to handle VIP clients. The role involves establishing effective communication, analyzing user experience, and assisting clients with the platform. The Account Manager will deliver personalized service, resolve client issues, and collaborate with management and IT/Support departments.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing effective communication with VIP clients.
- Analyzing the end user experience based on customer feedback and data.
- Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them with deposits.
- Assisting clients via various communication channels.
- Delivering personalized account servicing to foster trust.
- Owning the resolution of client issues.
- Collaborating with management and IT/Support departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in financial services (Forex, CFDs, or Crypto).
- Background in sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (clear accent).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset.
