Job Description
Zenni Optical, a company committed to affordable eyewear, is seeking a Distribution & Inventory Supervisor for their Obetz, Ohio facility. This role involves overseeing daily shipping and distribution operations, managing product inventory, and implementing process improvements. The supervisor will lead a team, ensuring orders meet delivery targets and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing shipping and distribution operations
- Managing product inventory
- Implementing process improvements
- Providing team leadership and training
- Collaborating with the General Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a shipping operations environment
- Proficiency in Netsuite WMS or comparable software, and Google Suite
- Strong vendor management experience (including international)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours per day
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
