Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
Role Involves:
- Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to improve key performance indicators.
- Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell placements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to scale campaigns.
- Partner Communication: Establish a communication cadence for retention and alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc needs.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
Launch Potato Offers:
- Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
