Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance.Role involves:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
- Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establishing recurring communication with partners.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc partner needs.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
