Launch Potato is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Role involves: - Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts
- Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy
- Analyzing campaign performance data to improve KPIs
- Expanding account opportunities and upselling placements
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications
- Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams
- Establishing recurring communication with partners
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with organization
Launch Potato offers: - Base salary between $70,000 to $90,000
