Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
    Role involves:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts
  • Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to improve KPIs
  • Expanding account opportunities and upselling placements
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications
  • Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams
  • Establishing recurring communication with partners
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
  • Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with organization
    Launch Potato offers:
  • Base salary between $70,000 to $90,000
