Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, execute daily campaign operations, analyze campaign performance data, and contribute to top-line growth. They will also maintain organized records, collaborate with internal teams, and establish recurring partner communication.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
  • Expanding account opportunities and upselling placements.
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
  • Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Establishing recurring communication with partners.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc needs.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.

The role offers:
  • Base salary according to market rates ($70,000 to $90,000 per year).
