Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, execute daily campaign operations, analyze campaign performance data, and contribute to top-line growth. They will also maintain organized records, collaborate with internal teams, and establish recurring partner communication.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
Expanding account opportunities and upselling placements.
Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
Establishing recurring communication with partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc needs.
Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
The role offers:
Base salary according to market rates ($70,000 to $90,000 per year).
