Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities.
  • Maintain organized records of partner communications.
  • Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
