Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. This role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, execute daily campaign operations, analyze campaign performance data, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts
  • Execute daily campaign operations including creative testing, launches, budget shifts, and pacing
  • Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
  • Maintain organized records of partner communications, test results, and campaign decisions
  • Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams to scale campaigns
  • Establish a recurring communication cadence to support retention, strategic alignment, and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
  • Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through
