Responsibilities:
Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
Maintain organized records of partner communications.
Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
