Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and organizational skills.

Role Involves:
  • Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to scale campaigns.
  • Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc needs.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
