Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance.

What This Role Involves:
  • Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
  • Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.


Requirements:
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner needs.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.


What Launch Potato Offers:
  • Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
