Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
- Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
