Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills, as well as a proactive, growth-minded approach.
Role involves: - Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements: - Completely comfortable both working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours whenever they occur.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
