Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills, as well as a proactive, growth-minded approach.

Role involves:
  • Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.

Requirements:
  • Completely comfortable both working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours whenever they occur.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
