The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization
