Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach and strong communication skills.

Role Involves:
  • Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to improve KPIs.
  • Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
  • Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc needs.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
