Job Description
Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across publisher partnerships. The Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role is remote and based in Dallas, TX.
Role involves:
- Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements or integrations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
Launch Potato offers:
- Base salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
- Profit-sharing bonus
