Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. This role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, manage relationships, optimize campaigns, and increase partner value.
The role involves:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to improve KPIs.
- Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
- Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establishing recurring communication with partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
