Responsibilities include:
Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements:
Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
