Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance.This role involves:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights.
• Contributing to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
• Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
• Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.

Launch Potato offers:

• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
• Profit-sharing bonus.
