Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This is a remote position based in Colorado Springs, CO.Role Involves:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
• Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
• Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
• Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.

Launch Potato Offers:

• Base salary between $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
