Job Description

Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work remotely from Jacksonville, FL, and will be responsible for maximizing performance through strategic insight, operational excellence, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.Role involves:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contributing to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications and campaign decisions.
• Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
• Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc partner/business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.

Role offers:

• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
• Profit-sharing bonus.
