Affiliate Marketing Manager

Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, and operates on a hybrid model.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
• Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns.
• Establishing recurring communication with partners.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
• Comfort working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc needs.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
