Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
