Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Execute daily campaign operations with accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
- Contribute to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns.
- Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive and organized approach.
