Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance.This role involves:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
• Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
• Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
• Collaborating with various teams to scale campaigns.
• Establishing a communication cadence to support retention.

Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
• Comfort working Eastern Timezone hours.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with strong organizational skills.
