Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. This role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts, execute daily campaign operations, analyze campaign performance data, and contribute to revenue growth.Role involves:

• Managing and growing publisher accounts
• Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy
• Analyzing campaign performance data to improve KPIs
• Contributing to revenue growth through account expansion
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns
• Establishing recurring communication with partners

Requirements:

• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with strong organization
• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
