Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role involves managing publisher accounts, executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements or integrations.
  • Maintain organized records of partner communications and campaign decisions.
  • Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams to scale campaigns.
  • Establish a recurring communication cadence to support retention and strategic alignment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner needs.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
