Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role is based in Austin, TX, but is remote.Launch Potato is a digital media company that connects advertisers to customers. • Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts
• Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy
• Analyzing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
• Contributing to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities
• Maintaining organized records of partner communications
• Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams
• Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners

Requirements:

• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization
• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
