Launch Potato is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role involves managing a portfolio of publisher accounts, executing daily campaign operations, and analyzing campaign performance data to improve key performance indicators. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will also contribute to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities and upselling additional placements.

- Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.

- Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
- Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
Role offers:
- Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework.
