  • Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
  • Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
  • Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Looker, Excel, and performance dashboards.
Role Offers:
  • Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
